Bulk Actions
OverlayQA bulk actions let you update, export, share, or delete multiple issues at once. Select issues from the sidebar list and use the Actions menu to apply changes in a single step.
Select Issues
Each issue has a checkbox. Click individual checkboxes or use Select All in the header. A count badge shows how many issues are selected.
Available Actions
- Export: Send selected issues to Jira, Linear, or Notion.
- Share Issues: Create a public share link with 7, 30, or 90 day expiration.
- Set Status: Change to Open, In Progress, Resolved, Verified, or Closed.
- Set Type: Change issue type (Bug, Design, Copy, etc.).
- Set Severity: Change to Critical, High, Medium, or Low.
- Delete Issues: Permanently delete with confirmation prompt.
