How client feedback works without client accounts

Create a client review link for a project and choose live mode or snapshot mode. Send the link. Your client opens it in any browser, types their name (email is optional), clicks anywhere on the page to drop a pin, and types a comment. When they finish, they click Done reviewing and your team gets a notification.

Each comment lands in your OverlayQA project as a tracked issue with a screenshot attached. Your team can assign it, label it, reply in its thread, and export it to Jira, Linear, Notion, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, GitHub Issues, Basecamp, or monday.com. Team comments are Team only by default, so clients see only what you set to Team and clients.

Can clients see my team's internal comments?
