Product Feature
Client Reviews Without the Meeting
OverlayQA Client Review lets you collect feedback on a live web page from clients and stakeholders who do not use OverlayQA. Share one link. The reviewer opens a live page or a frozen snapshot in any browser, with no login and no account, and clicks to pin comments directly on the page.
How Client Review works
Create a client review link for any project and choose live-site mode or snapshot mode. Send the link to a client, a stakeholder, or a teammate. They open it in any browser, click anywhere on the page to drop a pin, and type a comment. Each comment captures a screenshot, the pin position, and the element CSS selector and tag. When the reviewer submits a comment, OverlayQA converts it automatically into a tracked issue in your project, with the screenshot and element context attached. No manual import, no copy-paste triage.
Live-site mode shows the current version of the page through a proxy. Snapshot mode shows a frozen capture of the page as it looked when you created the link, which is useful for single-page-app builders like Webflow, Framer, and Figma Sites. Active review links are limited by plan: Freelancer includes 3, Starter includes 5, and Pro is unlimited.
Why client review matters for agencies and product teams
- No login for your client — Reviewers leave feedback without creating an account, so stakeholders actually finish the review instead of abandoning at a signup wall.
- Feedback with full context — Every comment arrives with a screenshot, pin location, and the element CSS selector, so developers know exactly what to fix.
- One link replaces the review meeting — Collect annotated feedback asynchronously instead of scheduling a screen-share that captures nothing.
- Comments become tracked issues — Client comments land in your project automatically, ready to assign and export to Jira, Linear, Notion, Asana, or Trello.
- A shared record — Every piece of client feedback becomes an issue with a status, so there is a clear trail of what was asked for and what shipped.
