By accessing our website, joining our waitlist, or using any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
OverlayQA is a visual QA Chrome extension that helps product teams capture UI bugs from any webpage, run automated accessibility audits, compare live implementations against Figma designs, and generate developer-ready issues that export to Jira, Linear, or Notion. The Service combines screenshot capture, DOM and CSS inspection, axe-core accessibility scanning, and AI-powered (OpenAI GPT-4o) issue drafting and visual analysis as core features. The Service includes a Chrome browser extension, a web dashboard at app.overlayqa.com, and a public marketing website at overlayqa.com.

The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, branding, and design, is owned by OverlayQA and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
